Ostankino TV Tower at “Intourmarket” Exhibition

Ostankino TV Tower participates in the VIII Global Tourist Exhibition “Intourmarket”. The exhibition would be held from March 16-19 at Moscow Exhibition Center “Crocus-Expo”. The event is aimed at professional players of the tourist industry and is held with the support of the Global Tourist Organization, Russian Association of Tourist Operators, Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Federal Tourist Agency, Administration of Affairs of the President of the Russian Federation, and the Committee of Tourism and Hotel Industry of Moscow city. This year, the exhibition is presented by 1400 participants from nearly 143 countries and regions of the world. According to initiators of the exhibition, “Expotour” Company, over 80 000 visitors and at least 300 journalists are expected at the exhibition. Arrival of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, was scheduled on the final day of the exhibition, the 19^th of March.

According to the Heads of the Committee of Tourism and Hotel Industry of the Government of Moscow city, Ostankino TV Tower is the most attractive tourist object, in which both Russian and foreign tourists, as well as a large number of tourist agencies are interested. The Committee highlights that Ostankino TV Tower supports the total development trend of the tourist industry of Moscow city due to its new tourist programs.

Official partnering country of “Intourmarket” Exhibition is the Peoples’ Republic of China, representatives of which are very interested in services rendered by the Tourist Bureau of the Television Tower.
