Earl Petr Petrovich Sheremet’ev had celebrated Russia’s Date at Ostankino TV Tower

On June 12, 2014, press-conference with honored guest, Earl Petr Petrovich Sheremet’ev, representative of the International Union of Russian Countrymen, Chairman of the Russian Music Society in Paris, Dean of Paris-Russian Conservation named after Sergey Rakhmaninov, took place at Ostankino TV Tower.

Earl Sheremet’ev is a descendant of Nikolay Petrovich Sheremet’ev, ruling of which was marked by blossoming of the series of “Ostankino” palaces and gardens.

Petr Petrovich had visited manor house and palace of his great grandfather, and having answered multiple questions of the representatives of Mass Media agencies, had seen the manor house from the highest observation deck in Europe.
A san architect, Petr Petrovich has expressed his excitement with Ostankino TV Tower, panoramic view of Moscow city opened from the observation decks, and had gifted to personnel of TV Tower a book with dedicatory inscription.
