Everyone has its own way to profession. My choice was not a choice as such as I knew that want to devote myself to cooking.
I was born in Smolensk Oblast, had graduated from the vocational training school in specialty 4th grade cook, and had further received academic training in finance domain.
Throughout my practice, I was used to work in many notable places. I proudly remember such restaurants as “Shinok”, “Central House of Writers”, “Faushon”, “Hediard”, “Semiramis”, as well as “Vesna” and “Galereya” cafeterias, “Just For You” healthy cooking project, gastronomic bar “Vily”.
But I must say that I could not imagine that all the time my way lead to Ostankino TV Tower, where from the opening and until present days I realize my creative ideas as chief cook of “7 Nebo” Restoration Complex.
In soviet times, becoming visitor of the restaurant at the highest, for the time being, tower in the world was a honorary event for everyone, who managed that, because of notable cooks from the entire Union working there and because of fascinating Moscow views. But lucky we are as nowadays everyone may touch an inimitative style of the restaurant of your dream with its new look and preservation of the best traditions.
We create our menu based on symbiosis of several national cuisines, including Russian, European, and Pan-Asian cuisines.
